Kieran came on time as specified and scheduled which was the first relief, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issue and was not rushed. He attacked the problem from a different angle than any other plumbers (this happens about once a year, floor drain back up during wash cycles) and was forth coming with ideas and suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future. It all seemed logical and he laid out the plumbing structure in lay mans terms. Everything works great and I will try his suggestions to keep the system in better condition.
